27° with 70-ish % humidity does seem a bit on the "oh for fucks sake" side of things. It could be worse, though. Trust me, I live in a desert on the coast; great when its around 25°-35°, not so much when your pushing 40°+. At least at that point one can walk down to the beach and cast oneself into the sea.
I'm not keen on summer weather and try to hide from temperatures higher than 24. Fie upon it - I came from the north of Corvidia where there's ice and snow! Also I think it's inhumane to ask anyone to do anything when the temperature's in excess of 30. *Especially* if they're in a city and not near the ocean or an exceptionally large group of trees....
