Duchess, obviously... duchees? Maybe a kind of dairy product, not sure. It would be crumbly and pale with a rich, arrogant flavour and a hint of foxhunts.

But look at the adventures your neurons tell tales of! Think of your characters in your stories! I would say the neurons who create them are most adventurous, or perhaps at least some of them are and the rest of them are cowards? :)
