Life has been mostly good and indeed productive of late. I have been working on both ‘Sog’ and ‘Shoggoth’ fixing and colouring them ready for print - something which I always forget takes a bloody age. Hopefully by this Thursday or the Darkages game by the latest I will have a print run of all the books I owe people and a small stack to sell should ( Read more... )

Is sushi easy to make?

And would you like a home-burned CD of my obscure music, sent with boredom, er, I mean love and all that...

sushi is very easy to make.

3 cups of white rice, boiled so they are soft and fluffy but not sodden.

mix five table spoons of white wine vinigar (or rice vinigar) with 5 table spoons of sugar and one teaspoon of salt. heat until all is disolved. mix sticky stuff into cooked rice a bit at a time (you might not need all of it.) until rice is sticky and 'thick' feeling - but not soggy. there you have sushi rice.

squish into shapes with seafood or roll up in seaweed sheets as desired =)

i saw a couple of episodes and thought it was okay but didn't fancy watching 30 of them but I keep downloading and watching them none the less... =)
