I was hoping so badly to go to this, but circumstances have made it so that this is another Dragon*Con-less year for me. Boo.

I can't afford Dragon*con this year...

Stackpole was at Gen Con this year and I missed him again.

I noticed that on the site! IDK, I might be interested in a couple, buuut I think my budget is pretty stretched this year as it is. :(

I took a look at the website last night. Much of the 'how to write' stuff wouldn't really apply to me (13th western out next month), but I'd go to all of them anyway, just for Stackpole and Allston.

And I love the guest list - Critchton, Aeryn, Crais/Pilot and Zahn, Ianto, Lois McMaster Bujold, Walter Jon Williams...

However, I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic for a start, and my passport needs renewing. And I blew half my (rather limited) savings two months ago on a Norwegian Forest kitten (she's worth it though)

Guess I'll have to save up for a couple of years.
