I know exactly what you mean about writing on stuff you like - I always feel like I'm doing my chosen subject a grave injustice too. I am unworthy!

But this is just too cool; what a brilliant topic for a school paper, and you pull it off quite well. Cheers!

MARVELLOUS. Yes, rather brilliant indeed. :D

Man, I have not once, in the three years I've known of Piggy's existence, linked him to the pigs flying thing, whuuuut? I am so slow. <3

The last sentence, if this is the end of the paper, seems a bit odd though. Maybe it's just me, but I think it might work better with something other than "while". To make the ending even snappier or something. *grin* (I must say though that any paper that ends on the phrase "chicks dig lightsabers" CLEARLY WINS.)

Are you sure you mean source 07? :)

Except heeeere I think you do mean 07. Heh!

All right, nit-picking over. Wonderful, yes. :D

Wonderful. I know it's a relatively small thing in the comparison of the two styles, but I loved how you said Allston "made pigs fly." That was great. *thumbs up*

I think this is a fabulous paper. I wish I'd had the guts to write about something unconventional like this. I think you did a great job comparing them. I especially liked the comparison of the battle scenes, how Stackpole is technical (Clancy-ish), and Allston personifies. Thanks for putting that into words for me. Personifies. That's it exactly.
