Well, I was gonna jump in there and defend the much-maligned species of lemmings (subfamily Microtinae, family Muridae), until I read what all the fuss was about. Kudos to you for supporting the dignity of little fuzzy lemmings everywhere. After years of being portrayed as mindless creatures who will run off cliffs, the International Brotherhood of Lemmings has decided that they should sue the Walt Disney Company for damages incurred in the wake of that fateful documentary so many years ago. This is a great step towards educating the public about the plight of the lemmings.

Just watch out for the lemmings plotting to run humans off a cliff to teach their young about history. ;)

Hmm, to be honest, I really thought he was only refering to Boston Legal when he said what he said.

But then, I've only read this "current" blog of his (which I enjoy just for the food info :) )

COuld be. :) He made another entry which isn't even worth reposting in which he makes more remarks about fandom (and this time, definitely SG fandom since the BL fans don't know him from a hole in the ground). I don't think he has any idea how much fun fans are having making fun of his remarks and the creativity on lemming signatures has been astounding :)
