First, work is going well. I'm completely over my first day funk and very happy to have made the move. People have been friendly. I'm already getting involved in projects and definitely feel that I have things to offer on some issues that we're working on. All in all, feeling very good about the decision

I like the protein bars the nutritionist recommended, they're called Think Thin and I got them at Trader Joe's. They're all combos of chocolate and/or peanut butter, so I might get tired of them eventually, but I like the chewy consistency.
I have heard that B12 or B complex vitamins can help with energy too. I forgot to ask the nutritionist about it, but when I find out, I'll let you know what she says.
