This was one of the few episodes in a long time I could actually watch *all of*. Normally I skip through to the action scenes or Guerrero (I just watch on Hulu). But this thankfully followed a GOOD FORMULA: action sequences, buddy moments, comedy, vague romantic interest. That's what you need for these kinds of shows. Previous eps have been too heavy on the "hot chick" action and as much as I can't stand Grant Park (a.k.a. the perpetually naked Cylon), she did a great job being in the background as eye candy (wow that was some big hair, though).

Also pleased to see they are giving all the old Pushing Daisies actors parts: Lefty Lem as Eddie! (Seriously, if you haven't seen that show you need to. Right now.)

...OMG I DIDN'T KNOW THAT. I love Eddie even more now! (And my mad, unrealistic desire for a crossover is only stronger.)

I was SO HAPPY to see Lefty Lem on the show. Pushing Daisies FTW! I want everyone to show up and have a reunion + Guerrero. The coroner would be great to have next.

Guerrero got so many awesome lines in this ep, but I have to give special love to the actor who played Eddie. He hit just the right balance of "endearing" and "thick as a brick," and he set up each of Jackie's lines just perfectly. I loved every scene with them in it, and they both nailed it. I wish Eddie would come back at some point, for more "Pinky and the Brain" type antics.

Also, BRO FIST! That was just adorable. One of my favorite eps to date, even if Chance firing a gun underwater is both impossible and silly. Who cares, it was awesome!

Guns underwater? I beg to differ. Though, it'll never be the same again.

I watch everthingisterrible.com religiously. When I saw this earlier this month I was really hoping an HT ep would show someone shooting underwater. Now... my world has come full circle.

I just have to say, of me and my two girlfriends who saw this, when Guerrero was talking about his relationship with the boxing commissioner we all had the exact same response. It was kind of hilarious.

I really enjoyed this episode. Guerrero's slap had me in stitches! I really loved the interactions between him and Eddie, and I like that the fact that Guerrero was willing to share his favourite food with Eddie. I'm sure Eddie paid though and Guerrero mooched off him. Also, Chi McBride really impressed me in this episode that he's more than a "mother hen" type. I was almost at tears with his heart-to-heart with Chance until Guerrero butted it and lightened the mood.

Did anybody else get this WEIIIIRD vibe between Eva and Hugh? I mean Hugh apparently raised Eva since her father died when she was 9. So he's like a father to her, but did you get the feeling that Eva and Hugh had this sexual relation as well? They're relationship had a CREEEEEPY vibe to it. I don't think Eva does it by choice, more of a "I owe him my life, so he owns my body" kind of thing.

I knew the $25 million fighter looked familiar in the episode! It's Dan Payne, who was the Minutemen's tragic "Dollar Bill" from the in Watchmen!
