Last night was my first scuba diving class. For me it is a refresher as I am already certified, but I did not realize how much I forgot!! It was coming back to me in the lecture portion and I aced the quiz!! Then came the practical portion. Before we could don the gear and start diving we had to swim seven laps in the dive pool. I learned a very similar lesson about how out of shape I am from the Capoeira class. Sounds like you are on the brink of change.

I have been on the brink of change for the past two years its just that I just don't give a shit. I guess I have not been forced to physically realize it until the past class. Look at my life. I get up go to work and come home. I am sitting in front of my computer all day and do the same when I get home unless I am working for my Friend. Even then I am not doing much physically. I am pretty much a lazy ass. I could go to the gym near here during lunch but it is more fun to goof off with my friend here at work.

Um, yeah... somehow I found you in the depths of LJ. :) My sleuthing skills are getting good, I suppose. Either that or I'm extremely bored, my husband is asleep, and I still feel like crap... yeah, that's it.

Nice sleuthing skills!! It was good to see you guys on Saturday. It was fun having dinner with everyone and Dan had a good time too. Too bad we don't all get together more often but we can make time for it. I hope you feel better even though it is two days later. Say hi to Andy for me...

Thanks. :) Andy was all confused as to how I got a message from you. lol. I told him it was my good sleuthing skills. I am feeling better from Saturday night, but still not 100%. The doctor is still trying to figure it out. Hopefully soon she'll have some answers for me. Ugh. It's a drag.

I hear ya on the getting together more often. Growing up sucks... never getting to see friends also sucks! Mine are all moving away... Long Island, N. Carolina, etc. Stinks! :(
