This sounds like the spousebeast and me. Weve simplified that matter by dividing up the beer and putting half in each drawer of the vegetable crisper.. They are now "beer bins."

Although I will confess to poahing out of his from time to time. ;)

That's a good idea. Sadly we have one drawer for cheese and the other for raw meat. I guess I could figure out some sort of shelf system....
