Alas, this is one reference I do not get. My first thought was of "Leroy Jethro Gibbs" from NCIS, who is the opposite of an idiot running into danger against orders.

I did, however, find it amusing when I went online and Googled Leroy Jenkins and discovered the connection to gaming culture. :)
