Blaine supposes he should say something else, though all he wants to do is repeat Kurt's name like a mantra. So he chooses a word that means pretty much the same thing.

The good thing about fanfiction is that it never ends. Once tomorrow's chapter gets posted, well, let's just say that there's a lot more fixing-Season-2 headcanon where this came from. I wish I could say it was ready to post next week, but alas, I have a freakin' job, so it's not. But it's so nice to know that someone will be happy when it finally hits the interwebs.

I will keep writing them, barring death, brain damage, or my cats sitting on my hands. (Speaking of which, my younger cat tries to help sometimes with the stories by jumping on the keyboard and writing things like hhhhhhhhhhhhhhtttttttttt5555555555555, but I tell her they don't add much to the plot or characterization and I delete them.)

In fact, I don't think my bf will let me stop. He says it makes me the most contented he's ever seen me. So there's that :)

I noticed how you made sense of the timeline of the episode by repeating Kurt's outfit. Very sneaky.

And that last conversation was fantastic. Feelings everywhere. From under my other cat? You've made me realize that five of my best girl friends are/were cat people. Why is that?

Because cats are awesome. I didn't used to be a cat person - I was raised with dogs, and the first cat I lived with - poor thing - I would plop down on the couch next to her and pet her like a dog and she would immediately run away. Which I never understood. Now I understand that they are cats, so me and the feline kingdom do a lot better.

I have no idea why I write so pretty. I think it's because I love words, and write all the time for my job, and am not allowed to write pretty for my job. So I indulge myself :) Also, I really like Charles Dickens. There. I said it.

(Oh, wait, that was a rhetorical question, wasn't it?)

Timeline: Yeah, Kurt is in his uniform most of the day; why not repeat his fave civilian outfits two days in a row?
