Thanks so much! I'm glad the discrepancies between the different boys' feelings seems to fit, rather than being too jarring. Kurt strikes me a a self-reflective character, and one who would be able to look at his past actions objectively once he's emotionally removed from them. Like Blaine, I can totally understand why he did what he did; at the same time, he did go back on a promise that he'd made to Dave. Kurt has a pretty strong moral compass, and when he doesn't act in accordance with it, he eventually tries to right his course. (I think of all the times he's apologized or made up to Rachel for various bad behaviors. I know that some fans get frustrated with that, but it makes sense to me. Kurt can see that, yes, Rachel was often being bad, too; but two wrongs don't make a right.)
