Quick question about Draenei

I just need confirmation about this so I don't accidently create a plot hole or give my characters God powers in the draenei chapter I'm rewriting for TWoA: do all draenei/eredar have telepathy, or was it just (mostly) Velen, Kil'jaeden, and Archimonde? From what I've read in lore and from wowpedia it comes off that way, but--

The way I understand it is that Velen already had a gift for sight while Killy and Archimonde were given more power by Sargaras. Of course, all three of them were leaders of the Eredar so they may all three have had some significant abilities from the start.

No, I think she means that the three of them had abilities that differentiated them from the rest of the eredar, and that's part of the reason why they became leaders of Argus.

Yeah, Velen had his sort of telepathic abilities to communicate with Killy and Archy before Sarg rolled on by.
