If you are alliance I would check into The Evolved. I am a raider for the guild. As far as active we have three raiding teams. I believe they are Saturday and Sunday, during the day on Wednesday and Thursday, and the one I am in raids on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. We also have an LFR raid group that runs on Friday and Monday nights.

Try Phoenix Fusion. They are a several guild mega guild. I know several people in the guild, and they are all very nice. Their GM is a nice woman and has no tolerance for bigotry, mysogony (Sp) or homophobia.

Well, the Stonewall guilds are probably higher # of males than females but there is at least one all female raiding team. (Or there was in Cata, I haven't been raiding there this expansion.) But there is always someone on, lots of green text, lots of helpful people. And obviously LGBT friendly. http://www.thestonewallfamily.com/
