Bloodsail rep

I REALLY REALLY want to get a group together to do this rep grind. Everything I've been able to find about this rep grind is pre MoP and I want to know about any changes for the current expansion, since I haven't gotten exulted with either faction yet.
I've been toying with the idea of trying to post a raid like this, but since I have only joined

If you've not done any quests on Booty bay then there's a quest chain where you get to infiltrate the Bloodsail and at one point got to a phased version of booty bay. So long as you don't complete the quest you can farm the rep in the phased area really easily with the added bonus of not killing any quest-givers.
