I use spellflash which lights up with what spell to use. It's got plug ins for all the classes, too.

I also use spellflash. It's a nice, simple little thing that does just what it says on the tin: causes the spell's icon to light up and flash when it's time to use it. I've only used it as a rogue, and a subtlety rogue at that (I'm kinda the opposite of altoholic) but it's been great for helping me remember my rotation and also for reminding me to keep my weapons poisoned.

My husband has MS and he finds the following helps him -
An add-on called “Tell me When” for casting
Transferred all his main spells to the num-pad on his keyboard and eventually it became sort of programmed in. He said those with those two things he rarely looks at his keyboard.

On a practical level -
If he is fatigued then he struggles to concentrate / remember things so he rests before raids.
Too much stimulus can make him lose his drift so he plays in his own computer room and keeps other distractions to a minimum. To support this we don’t tend to be in the same team so I can deal with the doorbell, dogs, phones any distractions. And we schedule his raid time in so dinner and other stuff is all out of the way and there’s no rush before his raid.

I sympathise - I have Fibromyalgia and when the "fog" descends I have trouble remembering the simplest things. Spell Flash is one I have used in the past, as it just flashes when it suggests you cast something and combined with putting action bars for the most important spells somewhere very visible with a UI addon I find it really good.
I also have a logitech G600 mouse and because I can't actually see the buttons, clicking becomes reflexive rather than thought about, for most things. So, my body just knows where to twitch my thumb to cast healing rain, for example.

Obviously MS and Fibro are not the same, but I hope it helps!

A non-addon solution that I use (Aspie but also have bad days AND loads of alts...) is to keybind in order of priority, and also to keybind types of things to the same binding. I use this because I find that many of the addons that can help also slow me up in raids and then I get flustered because I'm lagging and not reacting well to stuff around me.

e.g.
On my warlock, 1-3 are my key curses in order of priority, 4 is my 'filler' and then 5 onwards are things which proc, etc.
Spells that remove effects from an Enemy target (e.g. Tranq) are on T for all characters. Interrupts are U.
Main go-to heals are on f7, any smart aoe heals on f8, dispells (friendly) on f10.

I also sadly had to turn off the music in game as I couldn't follow, and have the game sounds relatively low. I admit I also tune out the raid leader mostly, but that's a semi-conscious thing, again because too many sources of information!

Oh and before I did the bindings originally, I sat there with a pic of a keyboard layout and worked out what I could reach comfortable due to other physical gubbins that means sore/achy hands a lot of the time now. So when I have a character with a lot of moves in a rotation (Hi ret :P), they're grouped in a block rather than a line, e.g.:

f1 f2 f3 f4
1 2 3 4
q w e

Means changing some default bindings, but it worked for me.

I have fatigue issues, and this is pretty much what I do ( ... )

Yea see the muscle memory for me is gone :/ I've been relying on it to get me through for the last 3 years. now it's just.. my fingers don't remember where to moosh anymore when my brain is toast, but I'll definitely be looking into weakauras, I already use some sound cues so that will help

Most of the recommendations I could make have been listed. I don't know if it'll help but I use GTFO to make sure I don't zone out and end up standing in bad stuff. It woke me up once when I fell asleep during raid late at night.
