A couple of questions:

1.) Is your guild largely women already or what? Why are you looking for women for the guild?
2.) If your guild is largely men (and it seems like it browsing your site and your guild's 7 page PDF of rules and regulations) then why are you setting up a competition? Why do you need to show dudes anything?
3.) Is your guild largely free of harassment or disrespectful language?
4.) You don't need to call women "females" like we're bonobos, you can just say women.
5.) Street Corner Horde? Really, you want to recruit women into a guild called Street Corner Horde.

Wow. Not really sure why people are getting upset over a simple guild recruitment post. I don't raid, but I wish you the best of luck recruiting for your all-girl group! :-)
