So a friend and I recently rolled worgen DKs over on Earthen Ring, and of course wanted to RP them. I've never actually played one out before, and we were thinking of sticking with the idea of playing them out as Bloodfangs, considering the background they give in the starting zone ( Read more... )

Honestly, it seems a bit sketchy in-game in regards to worgen DKs. This is my own take on the situation ( ... )

This is far more eloquent than anything I could have come up with. :)

Did your DKs perhaps had family back in Gilneas? Perhaps they're searching for them amidst refugees (reason to be in cities).

Keep in mind too that the lore behind worgen and goblin death knights is... considered kinda sketchy by a large quantity of the roleplaying player base. So you have a bit of wiggle room here; felknight's suggestion of doing the Horde questlines is a very good one, and I think as long as you're careful and come up with plausible reasons for things, you'll be fine. :)

Just as a note, Silverpine and Tirisfal aren't only available to the Forsaken, so if you're not fond of the Forsaken model, you can roll an orc or something else and send them to Tirisfal or Silverpine. Silverpine is one of those zones that I don't mind doing over and over again because the lore there is awesome, both for the Forsaken and Worgen. It's a nice look into Sylvanas's motivations for invading Gilneas.

This yes. I play 478371340473104710 blood elves, and I send them all through that area instead of their own.
