Funny Story On Tanking

So I have a level 55 human warrior on a normal server that yesterday I decide to get back on and to give PVP a shot. Enjoyed it, even though the first random BG I had no idea what I was doing and was just following whoever was closest to me. ANYWAY, I decide to join a guild so I can talk to people and what have you. Join a guild, hit it off great

The other day I tanked Baine in prot spec in my healing gear (I have many tanks, but my belf paladin is easily my favourite) and I didn't notice until the healer pointed it out on Sylvanas' trash. I did the reverse (healed in prot gear) on Peroth'arn, and it didn't go nearly as well.

The WORST part is that both my healing and tanking gear are transmogged into two distinct looking sets so I would specifically *not* do that. Durr.

Miss the days of early wrath when you could ret heal stuff. That was fun and nerve racking at the same time.

Yeah, I healed Blackhorn in my DPS gear before. That was kind if hilarious. I'd oom after two heals and kind of just ran around in circles apologizing over and over. We lived, though. :)

I accidentally put on my transmog gear instead of my transmogged gear and went into a dungeon.

The other day while doing Madness in DS during the middle of our first attempt of the night we get a "Uhhh i'm not in prot spec guys, this could end badly." over TS from one of our tanks. Turns out he had switched his gear but forgotten to change specs before pulling, he managed to survive the corruptions pretty well before going splat on the third one though. :P
