I have read somewhere that haste is super important for spriests.
Hope someone else comes along soon who knows more than I do!

I'm ashamed to say that I only got exalted with Therazane initially because I wanted to get Pebble. ^_^

SW: Pain
Devouring Plague
Vampiric Touch
After that, I mind flay until Mind Blast lights up, then I hit that and go back to Mind Flay. And in between, replace those three DOTs if they fade away.
Oh, and keep Shadow Protection, Fortitude, and Inner Fire up at all times. ^^

The Berserk racial should be used at any time OTHER than when bloodlust/heroism is going on. Macro it into something like Mind Blast or Vampiric Touch.
For just doing dailies/trash, I throw Mind Spike x3, Mind Blast, and finish them off with a SW:D. Rarely do I need to do other than that, but it depends on the mob. For bosses and fights that take longer, I start with VT, then SW:P, DP, and Mind Flay once hoping for an orb. If I don't get one, I'll usually throw in a Mind Blast anyway, and then start back with the MF until I get and orb or two or three and can get Empowered Shadows up.
Keep ES up as much as you can. There is a bit of RNG to it, but ES is your bread and butter for damage, along with your dots.
As for tracking, I just use Shadowed Unit Frames and make my debuffs larger so I can tell when they're close to dropping. But ForteXorcist is very popular.
