Hey ya'll!

I'm an officer of a raiding guild on Ravenholdt and after some lengthy and painful discussion, we came to the conclusion that it's in our best interests to server transfer. We've been having serious roster issues lately and Ravenholdt simply doesn't have the recruitment pool we need to maintain the level of competitive raiding we would ( Read more... )

If you want a high pop pvp server with decent progression, I'd recommend Blackrock.

The only downfall I'd see here with a new guild would be the competition for people. Every day, I see dozens of guilds looking for members.

Yeah, SnD is also transferring - I forget to where. It's a pretty big blow and not one I take lightly.

It's not something I want to do, let me tell you that. It's despressing, even though I'm only transferring one character so it's not like I'm abandoning RH completely. We're just completely at a loss as to what else we could do to regain our footing in the raiding world, as RH just.. doesn't have the player resources. I wish we could stick it out, but it's seriously hurting moral. :\

I haven't given up on Ravenholdt - I'm still working tirelessly to promote RP! - and maybe someday we'll be solid enough to transfer back.

Stormscale isn't too bad. Its not super high population but its not like crickets are chirping in trade. There's alright heroic progression (better on 10 than 25l with a few 10mans being I wanna say 3/8H.... I don't follow the 10man scene closely since I'm in the only 35man horde guild left.

Shattered Hand is a good server to look into. I play alliance-side on SH and it's got a good economy, decent amount of raiding/pvp guilds and progression, and I hear horde side is even better!

I'm Horde-side on Shattered Hand and we've had some pretty interesting guilds transfer over for progression recently. Four of the top five guilds on our server progression-wise are Horde.
