Spirit is hit rating for a shadow priest, and you're only a little over the 17% hit cap (though 17% is for level ?? bosses, i'm not sure what the number is for heroics only), so leave your spirit alone. Find every piece of gear you have that doesn't have haste on it and reforge a stat to haste; Crit if it has crit, mastery if not.

I think the hit cap for heroics is 6% for casters.

Yes, but that's only vital in raiding, where the bosses are +3 levels over the player. Heroics have bosses only +2 levels over the player, which means they need less hit. 6% as opposed to 17%. So about 615 hit.
