As for what to replace first, you'll want one of your trinkets (the one that removes movement impairing effects) first and foremost! From there, I tend to go for the highest resil items (but usually it's trinkets > 5pc > weapons > boots > bracers > neck > rings. Since the latter two can be crafted as well.
What spec are you looking to PVP as?
ETA; Kill the Healer! is by far one of the best addons for BG's.
Welcome to PvP! I play a disc priest when I pvp so I can't give you specifics for a warrior, but I can get ya pointed in the right direction maybe... To start with answering your first question, I recommend going over to Cynwise Battlefield Manual on his post about choosing gear. He actually started with Ask Mr. Robot, which should have the basic stats outlined for a warrior. Cynwise's blog is my go-to spot for getting started as there is a lot of general pvp stuff that is easy to digest with a little theory crafting broken down. As for talent tree setup, try doing a basic search of Arena Junkies and looking at a high rated warrior's talent tree. For addons as a healer I hate recommending Healers Have to Die, but it really is a good one. Other addons for pvp include Gladius, InterruptBar, and LoseControl.

Thanks for reminding me that I can craft the rings and neck piece. I got a JCer that would be perfect for that.
