the guild harlot
So, most people here have had a run-in with their resident guild ... harlot, shall we say. (You know what I mean ;o)
For the most part, I haven't had any problem like this in my guild because most everyone knows each other in real life and they're all good people who just get along.
But today, we accept a new Priest into the guild, because recently, there was a rather messy incident involving one of our now-former Priests turning out to be a guy after pretending for a year to be a girl...*
Anyway, this new Priest posts her pics on the guild RL pic thread with three fairly normal webcam shots.
But then... you look closer at the third one... and realise...
"Now, wait just a goshdarned minute. This girl is not wearing any clothes. In fact, I could go so far as to call her naked."
Of course some of the guys in the guild comment, and she replies with a succint, "I tend to WoW naked."
I promise you, when I read that, I immediately leaned back in my chair and hollered at my roommate, "WE HAVE A GUILD SLUT NOW!! 8D"
Which is rather harsh at the moment, I admit, because I haven't talked to her yet and she might be a perfectly nice individual.
But when you post strategic naked torso shots on the guild forum after being in the guild for only a few hours... I smell trouble. Who knows? D:
*The guy was kicked because he was lying about his sex to a female guild member (the one who got him in the guild as it were) and had been pretending to be a girl for the entirety of their friendship. He only came out with the fact he was a guy because he started developing feelings for her, and wanted her to know. I don't know all the details about it, because I didn't know either of them, so I couldn't say anything beyond what I do know.
