I'll preface this entry of sillyness with an rpish question that I have been asking myself about my two bazillion characters: What is your character(s)'s favorite food(s)? And why, if they have a reason
( Read more... )
Beer counts. :D I guess I should have said food or drink. Your warrior sounds like a fun girl. The fatty TLPD sounds cute as can be! And red drake? So jealous, I need to get that for my shammy but I have no story to explain that one.
brb laughing at the image of a wee little raptor hanging from a Draenei's horn.
Awww! Your troll has Lil'Raptor to take care of. Mine gives stern lectures about staying away from Vezax's feet and so on to his panther cub. (She's going to be a great hunter someday, you know. She already eats dragons. Granted, they were DEAD before she tried to bite into them, but that's some bravery for a tiny panther cub!) The hilarious part is when he sits down to give her lectures she almost always sits and stares back.
I've never thought too much about mounts..I'll have to think about that.
Hehehehe, that is adorable! I sense that panther will be a brave dragon hunter later and just as apt to ignore her dad.
Stories about mounts are fun to work on... and give you a good ic excuse to use your favorites one. XD (I have no excuse for the Netherwing drake, it's just pretty.)
Trolls make the perfect stoners and I'm 99% sure that Blizzard meant it to be. Broadway is also an adorable name for anything.
I like all the Netherdrake stuff, especially the one disguised as the hunter's pet, extremely clever! (Personally my favorite flying mounts though I now lack an ic reason for my main to have his as he's no longer a pretty Draenei) I sense you've done the Netherdrake grind quite a lot.
Speaking of clever, I love the plants waking up idea. And I agree on the Sunflower. It creeps me out a bit.
I sympathize with Yule, cats are awesome. ;) As far as I know, I have all the cat companion pets and my hunter is working on taming the pretty combat kitties.
Yeah, the netherdrake grind is a familiar one now, haha. I did it once at the original 70 cap, on the toon that ended up being Monadnock, the other times I was always higher level, though I have to say, since Monadnock is a rogue, it was almost easier even at 70, because those damn mine ravagers aggro you from across the room regardless of level, it feels like!
I've loved netherdrakes since I noticed they don't all chose to look like elves (I also love Chromie for this reason) and that there's a goblin undercover drake on the quest island :D
Annandag is only 24 (redundant hunter is redundant, but I love him anyway) so I'm looking forward to when I can farm Deadmines for the siamese cat. And also the rare parrots! In a completely non-immersive naming gag due to my love for Top Gear, his birds are all to be named after cars (Lamborghini for parrots, Bentley for owls, Renault for wind serpents, etc) but the names still match the world feel, appearance-wise, so it's nice.
Stealth would be lovely for that, then again, I did farm for eggs, so getting aggro wasn't a bad thing. I've only done it on my Shaman so far, as I really don't have any other toons that would use it. (I switched factions so I don't have any spacegoats to ride the spacesharks anymore
I have a blood elf hunter that tamed a venomhide raptor to use as a hunting buddy and a mount. Said raptor is now a little confused and seems to think he's a lap dog when not killing something or happily running his master around Silvermoon City.
Lessee...I have a human male hunter who quite enjoys chicken and fish, my male draenei paladin is very fond of bread items, my female worgen priestess is always joking to her husband that she's easy to feed because she can always wander out into the wilds and hunt on her own (she likes her meat raw now, but out of courtesy she only eats it raw when no one else is around).
I think those are the only ones who have a favorite chosen.
Yeah, for the raptor it's more a "I'm putting my head in your lap, now hold still" than the raptor actually trying to fit his entire bulk onto my blood elf.
She hunts tooth and claw, about the only time she'll initiate violence against anything when she's not defending herself or someone she loves. She actually rather hates the fact that she's a worgen, but does admit grudgingly to some advantages, food gathering being one of them.
My nelf hunter likes fish and dwarf beer. She has spent many an hour hanging out drinking with dwarves. My draenei paladin is very neat and modest, and she prefers things that aren't very crumbly or sloppy. My dwarf death knight used to enjoy drinking while she was alive, but now that she is not, she doesn't get drunk anymore, and she can't decide whether she likes this or not. My gnome rogue likes to eat buzzard wings. She considers it her revenge on those buzzards in Badlands or wherever it was who kept chasing her. My nelf druid likes anything with bread, and he has also been known to stay in cat form and be petted and given tidbits by pretty ladies. (he has a silly "perfect boyfriend" schtick I'm working on along these lines) My draenei priest likes fruit. My belf warlock likes to try unusual foods and will eat just about anything that doesn't eat her first, though she doesn't like mushrooms. My goblin priest just eats whatever is easiest to get; she's not picky and her main concern is energy. My belf paladin is a little
( ... )
I don't blame your belf paladin, I wouldn't really want to eat anything made by something both undead and lacking a sense of smell. (I imagine Undercity is rather ripe) The druid begging for tidbits as a kitty is just too cute. XD
My druid often waits for boats in cat form and there will often be a lady toon there waiting too who will pet him. Usually draenei women, for some reason. They seem to love him.

Does your priestess hunt tooth and claw or holy-fire-of-death her prey? The second option might lend itself to pre-cooking unfortunately.
