::laughing:: I would have told him exactly what you said, "You've never raided with us, most of your groups fail due to crap heals, and I KNOW who runs our arena teams because I AM the guild leader, and it sure as hell isn't you. Goodbye." ::chuckle::

As for Idiot #2, no, I don't think you are being cranky. He skirts the edge of acceptable conduct and he's raiding with another guild that is known to recruit this way when your own guild is about to start raiding... I'd've asked him straight up his intentions towards this guild and if I didnt like the answer, I probably would have kicked him, too. I also would have stated it all, in open guild chat about his conduct and intention before just so there was no question about it.

agreeing with all of this. if i caught any of my raiders applying to another guild, they'd be kicked, just because that shows a lack of respect. if you want to leave, get out. of course i've been told i take guild things very personally, but regardless, i find it offensive.

and that first guy, oh lordy.
"I'm going to have the guild leader kick you and invite me back! (LOOOOL) because I"m the best healer, best raid leader in the guild and I lead ALL of the arena teams. "
that right there proves he's like 14, making all those false claims and especially the first part. derp derp, good riddance!

I'm going to agree; if you're shopping around for other guilds and haven't left the one you're in, it shows a huge lack of respect and greediness.

Our guild doesn't kick people for what he *the second guy* did, but they would certainly be bumped from the front of the roster on the grounds that they are already clearing content and therefore don't need the experience or the loot. It would be different if he was doing the content with a view to coming back to your group with a bit of experience in the fights and some advice on how to clear the content, but since he is purely doing it out of selfishness/impatience he'd lose his place in the roster.

As for the first guy LOL. Really. Asshat... http://www.darklegacycomics.com/index.html pretty much says it all lol

Last night one of the lower level members who i was having weird feelings about left the guild. I asked him if everything was okay, since I'm always looking to better the guild and figured if there was something we were lacking I could look at it and maybe make it better for the next person. (if its a legit concern)

He tells me, "Oh im doing a few battlegrounds with my friends guild that hes in and i'll be back in 2hrs" umm what? Did I miss something here? You have to leave the guild to do battlegrounds with another guild? 0.o

I told the other leaders that I was not going to have him back, that was just silly. Earlier he had quit and blamed it on his sister telling his cousin to type /gquit.

That was really funny about situation #1,

I hope the best for your guild now that they are both out :)

They do realize that you have to confirm you want to quit guilds, right? So the excuse 'I didn't know!' is null and void.

I guess he wasn't that bright. It's just surprising some of the things people say when they know they've been caught
