Unspeakable, soul-crushing lag since the patch

Anyone else having this issue? Since the patch, I literally cannot run a single add-on without lagging out constantly. Which is kind of problematic since my current main is a healer, and I really can't do my job without at least having Decursive up. I'd assume it was just me, but my boyfriend said he heard some people in randoms complaining of

aye, ive had some bad lag too.

I've had terribad lag since the patch that gave us the new race/class combos. Even turning my settings all the way down hasn't helped much.

I have a pretty good computer. Before the patch, I was running at 90-100 fps in Orgrimmar and other populated places. Now I'm running at 30-45 fps. I have the same addon setup, so I don't know what the deal is.
