Last week I asked for Deathwing sighthings, and I must say you people were wonderful :D
Now I have used that data to create a map showing what zones Deathwing likes to fry, and how often he visits the specific zones.

So without further talking, here is the Deathwing Raiding Map, as well as data:

I did wonder about that, but then some people would talk about how Uldum would be toastet four days in a row.

I finally got burned in Arathi the other day, flying around for elders. I was flying north, and could see him (from halfway across Menethil!) hovering as he got ready for his strafing run. I crossed the zone border and poof, dead.

That would push Arathi one shade darker. I think you really need a lot more data to be sure of the correlations - don't get me wrong, this is awesome, but it is a small sample. Maybe post the map and ask for more data, and update it? It'd be cool!

I don't think it would push it higher? Each burnination is a bit more than 0.5% and Arathi is currently 4.91% in a 3-6% bracket. One extra sighting would still have it under 6%.

I was looking at WPL having 9 sightings and being in a higher bracket. I am so bad at math, you could be right. :)

I have consideret asking for more data, but my semester is starting up, and I don't think I will have the time and energy to do so.

This is interesting, I'll have to pass this on to my bestie, we were questing in Eastern Plaguelands the other day and she JUST MISSSED getting crispy, he fried me. LOL

lol I got him last night! level 57 hunter in Blasted Lands, trying to get those last bars of experience so I could head to Outlands, clicked into Safari to look something up when I hear something that sounds like combat. Then I glance at my health bar (visible at the edge of the screen) and I'm dead! I started quoting that old video of Lewis and Simon encountering Deathwing in gchat while my sister and I cracked up. WHAT THE FUCK DEATHWING. I TOOK A DURABILITY DEATH, QQ.

The only time I've seen him was when I was working on Loremaster in WPL, he toasted the zone... and I survived... I don't know how, but I'm still very upset. SET ME ON FIRE!!!

This SAME THING happened to me last night in Twilight. I was doing beer run daily and guildie was on opposite end mining. All of us were in vent and I'm like, "OMG everything is red...OMG, finally!"...

Not so much. I didn't die and was way disappointed. Guildie? Dead...and whining about it. "Why did I have to get this on an alt? QQ."

Me: "Suck it, Kyle."
