I used to do the Venture Bay dailies in Grizzly Hills in addition to the dailies already mentioned in your post and by other comments.

The Grizzly Hills dailies- Amberpine Lodge, and then the ones at the Blue Sky Logging Grounds and the harbor.

I like the Kala'uk dailies. They are essentially the only ones I do now, since it's the last NR faction I need rep for.
Borean Tundra - collect some baskets of supplies, at 80 the mobs are grey so you don't have to fight anyone
Dragonblight - already mentioned, kidnap puppies
Howling Fjord - gather some fish, and convince a scared male sealion to cross the waters to the female sealions on the other side. I like this quest's theme, hehe.

I started doing the Shattered Sun Offensive dailies on the Isle of Quel'Danas (Quel'Dailies, imo), and while their gold reward is lower than northrend quest gold rewards, they are very VERY easy. A great deal of dailies, all picked up and done in one small island. If you're not feeling like a lot of long distance travel these are nice.

Where can I start the Kala'uk ones? I am hanging with the Tuskarr in Borean Tundra but I don't have any quests, even tracking low level.

I think the Kala'uk ones are actually in Dragonblight at Mokai Harbor IIRC.

Hmm if you are at the flightpoint in BT, I believe the daily is found south along the shore, where there are a bunch of Kvaldier (or whichever those giant viking sea demon guys are) ships in a ruined Tuskaar village. There is a small questline to do in the area, but I am pretty sure it is not required for the daily.

Mm some that people haven't mentioned are the ones for the Argent Crusade. Find the Skybreaker (if Alliance) or Orgrim's Hammer (y'know, the airships in Icecrown XD) and there should be 3 or 4 dailies on each.

Agreed with the Brunnhildar ladies, as well as the Knights of the Ebon Blade. Even on my main, though, I haven't gotten past neutral with the Sons of Hodir. >_<

Also, as far as Outlands dailies go, there are the Netherwing dailies (although not sure how much g they give) and also the Sha'tari Skyguard dailies (~5g for 2 easy dailies, although am not sure it's worth the time now that it's such a freaking long trip from Northrend >_< ...but my main is nearly halfway through revered with them I think so I.MUST.FINISH!!!). Plus, there are the mounts to look forward to. XD ( ... )
