Frost mage rotation

I decided to try frost with my L80, having been Arcane for many moons. Being dual spec helps, but I have little idea of the best spell rotation, especially after 4.0.1. Can anyone recommend a good pve spell rotation for a frosty mage?

In my experience, it's more about spamming frostbolt, with priority and watching procs/cooldowns when they come up.

actually, Blizzard sucks so much now that it's not worth using unless you have a LOT of mobs. :(

The insta-cast/DoT Flamestrike now is awfully appealing, and there's no CD; not sure if that's Fire Talented, though. My baby fire mage is thinking Frost is looking a lot more viable than it used to. <3
