Kurai can now craft Black Felsteel Bracers. This is one of the last few epic BOE world drop plans that I was really interested in, so I'm very excited. :D Thank you very much to Kathellia for helping me out

Woot! I have almost all the mats already for Shae. I think I just need to get some Felsteel Bars together. I might have the mats for it now, I'll have the check :D
