As I've said several times before, I think you & the other officers have been doing a fantastic job with everything lately... and the new changes are no exception ;)

I think the council is an excellent idea and was kinda hoping that would happen. It seems to work out alot smoother when you have more then one person handling everything.

Rotate the Guild Mistress position between officer's alts each week or so, that way people really do get the idea that it is in fact, a sort of unreal position.

Ok, so I've technically been lurking, but would like to join...but there's never anyone on when I am....and that makes it a bit difficult. I am a DoTH member, but I have 2 ally toons also. (as does my sis who is interested in the guild also) Any suggestions on who to contact for joining the guild? I think I asked this before, but don't remember what the answer was. And the idea of 'screening' your new members isn't a bad idea...that way people know what they're getting into, and you can see what they're looking for.

Make sure you are in the dota channel when you join - that is the channel the officers are in to invite :) We don't always remember to check it when we are on though, so definitely feel free to see who is in the channel (type /chatinfo dota) and poke if one of the officers is on :)

I would be happy to arrange a time to actually come on and send you an invite too, if you like! Just let me know :) I'm usually available any time during the weekends from 9am-12am EST (3 hours past server time) to come and talk. (You can also catch me on AIM - "Ame Leareth")

Officers include:
Kelry/Kyrielle/Kaydren
Kurai/Lathere/Cailet
Shaeldre/Alazais/Sascha/Shealyn
Fianna/Aeval/Ebichu (also known as Kumiho - but Kumiho is in a different guild)

Kelry is often on off-hours (she is 12 hours off US-eastern time) though she has been away due to exams lately. Kurai and I are around pretty often lately :) Fianna you will probably see around in the evenings (server time)!

As an FYI - I will definitely be on saturday at 6pm server (9pm eastern) since that is the DotA raid night :) If you can't get an invite before then, I will be on at least at that time (if not earlier)!
