There's nothing really drastically wrong with your toon, but there are a few things you can tweak. You're over hit cap, you only need 17%. So you can reforge some of your hit/spirit off. Your bracers and one of your rings have hit but no haste, so they would be good options. You also have other gear with crit or mastery that can be reforged into haste as well (gloves, boots, hat). For your gear level, you should aim to have at minimum 20% haste. You also need spellthread on your pants, and to replace the stam enchant on your boots with 50 haste.
Since Elven asked for feedback, all I can say is UI is really subjective. We all have preferences and what works for one may or may not work for another. Some prefer minimal addons, while others like to run highly custom.
My UI evolved from reflecting on other peoples' setups - along with lots of tweaking the details!! I gradually took what I liked about their UIs and made it into one design that works for me. My goal was to have lots of information easily viewable while keeping a clean setup that maximizes my view of the game world during combat.
I've had this UI for most of Cataclysm, and one similar to it before that. I have ALL THE THINGS clumped at the bottom of my screen because that's what works for me

Also, I forgot to label Tidy Plates: Threat Plates, which is pretty much the Best Thing Ever for tanking, and is pretty awesome for telling me when I should back off on DPS too.
I can see a few things on yours that I personally love for DPS. Nameplates, max camera distance and front and centre character/target plates are things I don't think I could live without!
Here's mine, taken on my lock because she's my most castery, most of my toons are very similar though.
Ah you're right, I was thinkng of Pitbull for alternate unit frames, everything I've tried that's not xperl has freaked me out because I can't get them to show debuffs/buffs the way I like :<
Pitbull is the same way, I had to do a lot of configuring to get it to look like this, and I recommend it to people with a lot of patience. I tried Pitbull once before I had this UI and even though I've been setting up my own UI for years, it was way confusing so I used Simple Unit Frames until SUF broke (which was mid-Wrath I think?).
