Since there seems to be some confusion:

If you leave the Guild (as a sister, as a little sister, etc.) on all of your characters, and then come back, you are a Little Sister once more. It's just the rules.

Yep, a lot of things slip through the cracks, and one of the things we are all working on now in the background is better organization so things like this don't manage to slip through, and so things like Little Sister voting happen more regularly :)
