Enchant Shield - Shield Block

Saido can now do Enchant Shield - Shield Block.

This enchant is said to be useful for Prot Paladins (+15 block rating gives +1.90 % block chance for a lvl 70 character).

It's a decent enchant for a Paladin looking to hit uncrushable, but later on most of the SBR should be traded for dodge :x
