Moving day 2

I slept until 4 when a ping from the phone woke me and then I couldn’t get back to sleep.

That is a sweet round-faced cat. I hope she has somewhere else to go!

I don't like shower curtains either - I always end up flooding the floor.

It turned out that the previous tenant has only moved just over to the right, four houses along. She came round to say hello and had been really worried when her cat had disappeared.
I had the landlord over and he seemed ok about putting up a shower cubicle. 😊
All in all not too many tears shed.... so far anyway.
