yeah, my last post really wasn't about dad being able to read it, cause obviously i know that livejournal is public. i am not a complete retard. but, it's the fact that he used my account against me to try to destroy my relationship with my brother. that's what really pisses me off. and he didn't even use the real stuff i wrote. but, to avoid stuff ( Read more... )

They may search for common interests, they may come in
through your friends links or if you did not use the no-search
engine policy, they might even get to your journal via
google or another serch engine.

...Or they may find you after searching for interests of your
friends.

I bet there are a lot of 40+ people who find your site some
way or another - that is the beauty and the danger of the web.

The saying used to be "Never Trust any one over 30" ;-)

Now for the likes of me it's a bit different ;-)

If I'm still on livejournal (for any reason besides the nostalgia of reading about that tingling feeling I got during my first week of college) after gradschool, please remind me of this moment and how fucking pathetic typing smiley faces using stray characters on the keyboard after 30 really is.

I can't handle "drama" now and I'm 19. I can't fathom being able to tolerate 5th grade behavior at 40.

Emilio, don't joke about that shit. I once new a guy who new a guy who was strung up by lan cables for exposing the "underground." Keep it low.

They were on the "Net" before there was
a commercial internet and i seem to remember
some of that stuff from the old arpa-net
where my mother's co-workers posted. (mid to
late 80's)

Anyway - i am getting way off topic. I commented
here about security to put a quick END to the
drama.
