[ Chell has no idea who Ples is, but the news Klaus is dead and Hiccup hurt is enough to yank her out of the misery she's been wallowing since Saturday.

It's with her portal gun tucked under one arm and bathroom first aid kit under the other that she takes to the streets at a run.

She just about runs by him, nearly losing her balance as she turns on her heel, stopping abruptly at the phone booth, this time.

Despite all her worry, is face is oddly serene, calm. She just hopes she'll actually be able to help. ]

[At this point Hiccup is sitting in the phone booth, ineffectively holding the wound to try to keep it from bleeding. He's blankly staring out straight ahead of him, trying very hard not to think about what just happened.

When Chell shows up, he doesn't even see her. He's just. Kind of spaced out.]

[ She kneels in front of him, setting both her gun and first aid kit beside her, realizing she has no idea what to do. She reaches out and touches his chin gently, hoping to let him know that she's here, and that she'll help him, somehow.

Shaking hands, the only sign that her heart is racing right now, fumble with the first aid kit, digging desperately for some sort of answer, an instruction manual, anything.

Stop his bleeding: she understands this much. Chell pulls on a pair of plastic gloves, but finds nothing sufficient to stop the bleeding. Her desperation has her tearing at the skirt of the dress she's wearing, coming away with large chunks fabrics that begin to pile up in her lap. She can do this.

Chell reaches to remove his clothing, to both see the wound better and properly apply her makeshift first aid.

Please don't die. ]

[Wait. Someone's there. Right in front of him, actually. When Chell touches his chin he blinks and his focus shifts to her.]

Oh. Hi Chell.

[He sits quietly, watching her without making any real reaction.

The wound is in his left shoulder, just under the collarbone. The bleeding isn't actually terrible, but it is a steady seep that needs to be stopped, since it's clear he's lost a good deal of blood already, if the state of his clothes is any indication.

Of course, some of that blood isn't his.]

[WHAT. When will this stuff end? Well Quinn's not going to leave him there.]

Jesus. Hiccup, what phonebooth? What corner? I'll be there A.S.A.P.

I dunno which corner.

[He's actually sounding kind of calm. Which. In retrospect might not be a good thing.]

Then I'll have to find ya. Don't move. I'll, uh, grab the car. Okay?

...okay.

[OOC: I'm... not sure how this should work. Since by the time Quinn comes around Chell will have already bandaged him and possibly taken him elsewhere.]

Who killed him?

[Sorry Hiccup. She's kind of overcome by rage at the first place too much to care that some random kid is bleeding.]

Who dared to kill him and take my right of vengeance?

[Yup. She'll make this all about her.]

Find something to staunch the bleeding with. If it's in an extremity, tie it off with whatever you have on hand. And above all, don't panic.

[This isn't a voice that she's spoken to before. But it's the voice of a child.]

Can you tell me where you are? I can stop the bleeding and take care of your wounds.

I don't. Really know where I am. It's a phone booth. I just. I dunno. All the streets look the same. It's a phone booth.

Can you set the phone aside --but don't hang up! for a moment, and take a quick look at the street sign on the closest corner? ...I do apologize for insisting, but please allow me help you. Your wounds need to be treated as soon as possible.
