I do commissions, but the art I have up here isn't for sale... at least until the end of the school year, and I might need a hard copy of some of these pieces for my portfolio.

And wow! That's awsome about your friend. I really really liked that photograph and the article. I'm a big fan of weird body mods :)

I do agree you should keep hard copies. That's just good business sense. The originals will always be the most valuable, you can always sell prints and suchlike of your work without giving up the originals.
And yes that is a particularily nice photo of his. He's a sweet guy, a spaz, but wonderful.
