Didn't Nolan said No? But then again he's working with the Superman team so he might have changed his mind.

And you know what I'm glad Marvel is doing the Avengers, it's making DC get their act together and work on their movies and aim for a good WF or JLA movie.

Maybe he's letting Batman appear in the Superman movie instead.
