I think the restrictions are set at "pretty relaxed" for posts, so I believe you can start a discussion all on its own with no problem! If you try and it doesn't work, shoot me a line. We'll see if anyone's still around and wants to talk! :)
Yay! Thank you for the follow *glomps* I'm posting a lot more SuperBat these days, though I'm sure you've probably seen it all before lol.
Anyway, I will set up a basic discussion post now and see how it goes. Let me know if you think anything should be fixed or added, I defer to your experience! Honestly I'd rather do it here on LJ since trying to start a discussion on unmoderated social media is basically an open invitation to be trolled :s
eta: I tried to embed a video of the trailer, but I'm not sure if it's just LJ taking time to process the code or it just didn't work :( It's 2am in Australia now so I'll check back tomorrow and add comments as well.
Ooh, thanks for sharing those, they are so great! :D Admittedly I haven't watched the Batman and Superman solo series (that make me sad but I was able to find only the Justice League series in streaming) so this make me wish even more one day I will able to actually watch them (who knows).
About the trailer, I still can't get over the facts 1) it should have been a Superman movie but since Batman is more popular they turned it into a Batman movie where Superman is (for part of it) the "villain", and 2) that instead of a Superman & Batman movie they go and do a vs movie. Friends fighting and heroes turned into dark versions of them are two major DNWs, I'm so worried to go to the theater and being unable to watch it.
And I really don't like Henry Cavill for Superman, he has that condescending 'look at me and see how better than you I am' feels that are so non-Superman.
Ah unfortunately I don't have any streaming links I can pass on :( Perhaps if you put post a request here someone else might be able to help you out? I'm just lucky that they show a lot of DC animation on one of the local tv channels where I live
( ... )
I read somewhere BvS is more of a Justice League prequel than a Man of Steel sequel and Superman will still be getting an official sequel of his own. Do not despair! :)
Funny you think Superman is the "villain" for part of it. Kinda looks to me like Batman is the villain for part of it too. Ah well, I guess the two dorks are even. And that whole fighting thing? I choose to think of it as elaborate foreplay.
