I had this fascination with Boston a long time ago because of the fact that my friend lives there. So, I'm so glad you loved that about the fic!
I kind of felt that I wanted it ot end differently than the normal fic? Because I felt that the characters were more realistic and...yeah. But thank you for the lovely comment! I'm sorry I'm so late >.> My job is taking over my life!
Beautiful! very lovely It reads like a film treatment to me. I swear I could see this as an indie film at Cannes :D
I'm glad you finished it! It is different from what you expect in a kink challenge and that's a good thing. You totally wrote this melancholy character piece instead of porn- and yet when you mentioned the photos, described them, and the images they evoked in Shane's head? - so very erotic!
I'm not going to lie, I'm crying a bit here. I'm not even crying over the fact that they didn't end up together because I think it fit the story better that they didn't. I can't really explain why I'm crying but it's good crying. This was just so wistful, it hurt a little bit reading this but in a good way if that makes sense. It was very lovely!
♥ I'm glad that you liked the story and that it evoked emotion like this. It really means a lot to me because there were parts that it took a long time for me to write becuase of the emotional aspect of it. Thank you again!
He turns his head to look at the half empty glass at the edge of the coffee table before reaching out and grabbing it. [...] He reaches for his cellphone that fell onto the floor in the middle of the night. He has no missed calls.
Things like that, where the half empty glass represents Shane's outlook on life at that moment. I've no idea whether they were intentional or not, but that's what makes it so brilliant.
Oh, this was so amazing! I felt so bad for Shane and then I felt really bad for Brendon and I was so mad I had to wait all day to read this!!! But I loved it! I'm so glad it ended happily! :] <3
