- you may well be right but i thought she'd been brought into "mainstream" dc gontinuity by some crisis type event or other ( - "hypertime"...? )

as far as i can recall, the f.miller darkest knighty books are the only batman gomics i own which feature a robin other than dick grayson

( tho i do have a dvd of the "batman beyond: return of the joker" cartoon which has a grown up tim drake in it )

- this is a v.long-winded way to say "i dunno", isn't it?

And I took that? Looks about right. I sent you (and others) so many of those old pictures during my various clear-outs in the late nineties and earlier noughties and hadn't bothered scanning most of them. I remember Jules as Night Girl(?) and Jen in a green and silver outfit...

spot on re: jules - jenni was the emerald empress that year - also featured in the gostume parade pics you sent were were splinter ( the rat from the ninja turtles ), batman, happy hass as the penguin, david pardoe as the fantastic four & rob rudderham as zatanna

You have no idea how happy getting that picture in the post yesterday made me. I just stood in my hall going "Awwww" over and over again as I read the words. I was really touched and you will join my wall of fame with the other versions of the Boy Wonder I have.
You have the mad colouring skillz - as I beleive the kids on the street say.
Of course you do realise that my Bumpo drawing will not be anywhere near as good!
Ah that photo brings back memories. I really cant believe it was so long ago.
As for which Boy Wonder it is based on, do what I did - assume its me as a teenager - problem solved.
I think only two of the Robins have died and come back (Jason and Steph) but I could be wrong.
Now since Morrisons Batman RIP arc ends today and the bat family is going to be shaken up (I havent read it yet!) I wonder if being 36 years of age will be a hinderance to me getting the Boy Wonder job? I am willing to start doing sit ups.
