Tim and I signed papers to purchase a 4 acer lot just a few miles from my father's and best-friends places. There is nothing on it, but we got an amazing price, and 4 acers is monstrous for Cali.

Wow. 4 Acres is huge in CA if you're not a winery owner or rancher! Hope it works out for you two!
