No, a person who spends a great deal of time... running... is likely to remain slim. Which isn't necessarily the equivalent of healthy.

Looking after your body means you're looking after your heart. People with a high fitness level have been shown to have much lower chances of contracting something that can cause heart problems. People with healthy diets can improve other contributing factors, too.
