Ug. Ate like a pig today.

Breakfast - Crackers - 28 calories

Lunch - Salad - 100 calories, Dressing - 80 calories. Piece of Candy Cane - 15 calories.

Beware sodium! Idk if your crackers are salted or not but sodium makes your body retain water, which makes you look heavier even though you're hardly eating. Evil, evil salt.
