I read 98 books in 2014. This does not include books I started but abandoned. (That would bump the total up to about 110.) The list also doesn't include picture books like Shaun Tan's Rules of Summer or Peter Brown's Mr. Tiger Goes Wild, both of which I really enjoyed ( Read more... )

All the Truth That's In Me was a really powerful book! I read it at the end of last year, and I still pause whenever I run across it because it stuck with me like that.

It was one of the first books I read after MFA graduation in January and I picked it as my favorite to read to my senior seminar this December. As you say, it stuck with me.
