I know this is STUPID late.... Christmas cards?

Dec 02, 2014 22:20

I need to think out loud on this Christmas card thing.... I wish I could do an open call but I just don't have the money this year. But I can do e-cards, maybe? If anybody wants one of those?

What I can actually afford: (in large part because I already have a decent number of Canadian stamps)

Yep, mine's still the same as long as you've got the Southwood address. May be different for next year, though. BiL is working on approvals to subdivide our lot and build another house and renting this one out. He's nuts.

Thanks for the updated address, Laura :)

That is really weird. I totally didn't know they did that either.

Thanks, Gaby. Mine's the same as last year if you still have it. If not, let me know and I'll get it to you asap!

I am down with an ecard, don't stress on my account. I am touched that you even think of me still every year!! Email me to make sure I have your correct address. I still have global stamps from last year when the post office refused to sell them individually. <3 Chrissy (who cannot for the life of me remember wth I changed my lj password to)

Of course I still think of you! You were kind of a big part of my life for a while there. I still think of everyone else, too, though I've totally lost touch with all of them except for you. Remind me what you're email address is? I can't seem to find it anywhere. I switched computers in August so maybe it got lost in the shuffle.

Canadian stamps are all already covered. I bought a booklet to send a card when Ben was born in the spring so that's not an issue at all. You're getting a real card. :)

If you have enough for the postage to the US, I would LOVE a card, but I understand if an e-card is easier. <333 Otherwise, I think you have my new address? :D

I should, yep. You were factored into my list already so fingers crossed. They MAY end up being late, though, since the guarantee date was today but it's 2pm already and I'm not sure I'm going to get them done in enough time to walk to the post office (It's an hour round trip) before the sun goes down and there's no sidewalk on that road. Anyway, they'll be in the mail on Monday at the latest. Yep, I grabbed it from your request post and added it to my file. <3
