Just came in from cleaning the snow off the car, and am now having my hot cocoa "reward". We had a snow event all day yesterday... not too bad, though, only 4". I can't let Nick do any outside work in the cold, because his emphysema will get worse. I know he'd do the same thing for me, if I were the one short of breath

I'm so glad that you are feeling pretty healthy now, but sad that Nick has a grouping of issues. I'm glad that some of them are stable and under control, though, but hope the ones which are giving him problems now are able to be managed. It's such a concern when it's the person we love most in the world...

I'm glad you were able to clean off the car so that it's ready and are using other time going through stuff and throwing away un-needed things. I've been doing that up north, and it really gives me a feeling of satisfaction after working on that. :)

I'm glad you're enjoying your new computer. It's so much fun when you have a new one and can marvel at the increased speed!! :)

Hi Allie

We got six inches in a day last week. That was really cool I had been waiting to take photos. Got some good ones to upload of the dogs. Patch fell in head first and it turned out really cute! Poor old girl! LOL.

I know about the aches already. I think I inherited the family gene for arthritis. I wake up achy no matter how good I sleep and oh man if I get too cold my bones feel like they might break in my back. Once the cold, damp has passed I will feel much better. My aches aren't that great compared to others but I have def. noticed them being worse this year.

We were supposed to get snow yesterday and today and really have gotten nothing much. I'm okay with that.

Well, enjoy the cocoa. I plan on having some myself soon. It's bitter cold here and the dogs will be needing out soon.

I'm glad Nick's emphysema is stabilized but all that other stuff...poor guy. I hope the doctors can help his other conditions.

I know how you feel. When Manolo feels sick I feel awful for him.
